Accounts Payable Associate

The Role:

ICON PLC is currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payables professional, to join the busy (and growing) team based at our HQ in Dublin, on an office hybrid working basis.

The role of the Accounts Payable sits in Financial Reporting, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to become involved in partnering with various departments, as well as gain wider EMEA experience within a large global PLC.

The Accounts Payable Associates duties include:

  • Timely and accurate processing of AP invoices.
  • Timely and accurate payment of AP invoices.
  • Management of all documentation in line with statutory requirements.
  • Reconciliation of investigator accounts.
  • Assist in month end close process.
  • Resolution of issues with suppliers, investigators and employees.
  • Participation in AP re-engineering projects as needed.
  • Site Liaison & reconciliations.

The below accounts payable experience would be an advantage to be considered for the Accounts Payables Associate position (but not mandatory)

  • Experience working within an Accounts department.

  • Query resolution.
  • Work independently and part of a team.
