– Application Deadline: March 2, 2025 –Every person in our community has the right to safe, affordable, quality housing and to live with dignity and as much independence and choice as possible.As a member of the Supportive Shared Living team, you will be supporting individuals who experience addictions and/or mental health concerns to live in the community. By providing intermittent daily supports on-site, your team will be at the ready to provide support and intervention, when clients need it most. This approach ultimately supports tenants with meal support, grocery shopping, support around appointment reminders, and goal planning. This program affords 3 to 4 people to live together in a shared home in the community, sharing the cooking and chore responsibilities with staff guidance and support.This position will provide primary support for Karen’s Place, a transitional home for women over the age of 50 who are experiencing homelessness. The successful candidate will spend a portion of their day supporting at Karen’s Place and the remainder of their day supporting other Women’s Services programs with their programing/groups at locations such as My Sisters’ Place, Nicole’s Choice and Holly’s House.Consider revitalizing your career and making a difference in your community by joining our team!WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:
