As one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK, Prospero are looking for a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a Secondary school in Cardiff. You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who has additional learning needs, however you will be based in mainstream school. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting vulnerable children, and also potentially challenging behaviour.This role will require the candidate to work full time and must be able to commit to the entire academic year, in order to provide continuity for the pupil. This is a 1:1 position and the candidate must have experience supporting vulnerable children.CONTRACT DETAILS

- Minimum rate of pay – GBP84.69 daily.
- Hours – 8:30 am – 3:30pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
*Education Workforce Council (EWC) Membership
*Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (we can assist)*Experience as a support worker or teaching assistantTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
*Hold Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
