What you’ll be doing

You will lead and manage the administration and customer relations team to ensure excellent
administration, sales, financial management and communication for both internal and external
customers.

This role works closely with the Regional Administration Managers and Customer Relations Team
Leaders to effectively manage all administration of group bookings for our day centres and
projects.

You will be expected to work towards targets for re-bookings and income invoicing. Therefore,
providing a high level of customer service is vital to this position, to help ensure that our
customers are keen to return to our centres.

Where you’ll be based

Field Studies Council Epping Forest is situated in the heart of Epping Forest, an area of
around 2,400 hectares of wood-pasture stretching from Manor Park in East London to just north
of Epping in Essex. Two thirds of the Forest have been designated a Site of Special Scientific
Interest (SSSI) and a Special Area of Conservation (SAC).

Our purpose built, fully accessible centre has six classrooms, and associated facilities, with
direct access into our teaching sites which include woodland, grassland, heath, and river.

You will have experience of working in a senior administrative role and will have successfully
managed staff to achieve high results in the past. In addition, we need you to have:
