Job Summary:
HALO Trust is seeking a professional and reliable Administration Driver to support its operations in the Gaza Strip. The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting staff, equipment, and materials while adhering to security protocols. The ideal candidate should be a native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills and possess a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive HALO Trust staff, visitors, and equipment to various locations within the Gaza Strip.
- Ensure adherence to traffic regulations and HALO Trust safety policies.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues for maintenance.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.Support logistics and operational tasks when not driving.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Follow security protocols and remain vigilant about the local security situation.
- Communicate effectively with team members in both Arabic and English.
- Collecting quotations, procured equipment and conducting routine admin duties as requested.

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience, preferably with an international NGO or humanitarian organization.
- Good knowledge of roads, traffic laws, and security risks in the Gaza Strip.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with international organizations or NGOs.
- Familiarity with security and emergency procedures.
- First Aid training or willingness to undergo training.
