EALD Partner is an internationally oriented accounting firm combining experience, dynamics and offering tailor-made solutions related to tax, finance, and administration consulting services.
Our firm has grown in experience and have acquired clients from various sectors such as : NPO’s and INPO’s, holdings, associations, and management companies. We work closely with the EU and International organisations. Our assistance entails setting up a legal structure as well as implementing procedures and management tools.
Based in Brussels, we are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our team. We offer an attractive working environment within a dynamic and international team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
As a junior member of our team you will support our Admin & Finance Team with daily activities ranging from administration/HR to financial management.
The job entails:
40% administration/HR, financial management tasks;
30% logistics support;
30% general support to the Accounting Team.
Main tasks are:
- Office Management and logistical support for meetings/events;
- Draft routine correspondence;
- Support/handle the relationship with stakeholders, clients and suppliers;
- Maintain up-to-date assets’ lists and inventories;
- Help run payroll data;
- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents;
- Support the Team during internal audit, preparation of budget and cost controlling;
- Provide general accounting support;
- May perform additional missions upon request.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (at least Bachelor’s Degree is required) and/or vocational training in Business Administration, Economics or any related field (this is a technical position, therefore, a background in cost controlling/accounting is preferred);
- Understanding of EU Law and Policies and previous experience within international associations, EU Institutions is a plus;
- Superior attention to details;
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva;
- Ability to function under pressure and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Eligible to work in Belgium;
- Must have finished studies.
What we offer
The Internship Position is based at our Offices in Brussels. The internship duration is 6 months and could be extended for an additional period. Starting date : ideally no later than 8/05/2022.
- Internship Contract: “contract d’immersion professionelle” (Bruxelles Formation), meal vouchers and transport allowance;
- Job Type: Full-time, Internship, paid position.
