Job Description
What does it feel like to be an Administrative Assistant in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Prepare invoicing data on the basis of information received from Project Managers and keep track of invoicing status;
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and submit and reconcile expense reports;
- Develop and maintain a filing system;
- Gather and reconcile timesheet information;
- Collect and prepare CVs in the appropriate templates and update the CV database;
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, write and distribute emails, memos, letters and forms;
- Maintain contact lists, schedule meetings and book travel.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field;
- Around 2 years of experience as an administrative or accounting assistant would be considered as distinctive advantage;
- Previous experience in the European Institutions would be considered a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas);
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Experience in using SAP will be a plus;
- Working knowledge of office equipment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French is good to have;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
