The Administrative Assistant supports the activities of the Director and the portfolio to focus on their strategic direction, goals and objectives, while also playing a key role in supporting communication, committees or working groups as assigned.The Administrative Assistant is integral to the team not only related to support, but sharing their knowledge and ideas as part of the larger people services portfolio.
