Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate & Property industry. Based in Red Bank, New Jersey, you will provide crucial administrative support for our on-site staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls while also managing data entry and email correspondence.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a professional communicator, answering phones, and greeting visitors with courtesy and professionalism.

• Providing general support to on-site staff, including tasks such as printing, scanning, and opening mail.

• Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.

• Scheduling appointments and meetings for the VP of Operations, ensuring a seamless and organized schedule.

• Maintaining frequent contact with the VP of Operations and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.

• Utilizing your skills in customer service to address and resolve client inquiries and issues.

• Managing administrative assistance tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the office.

• Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry tasks.

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance as needed.

• Maintaining professional email correspondence with clients and staff members. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Proven ability in answering inbound calls and managing email correspondence efficiently.

• Strong administrative assistance skills, including the ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars.

• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is beneficial.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
