Description We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate industry based in Waldorf, Maryland. The role involves assisting new associates, maintaining records, and handling general office correspondence. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.


• Assist new associates with orientation and training

• Process and set up files for new associates

• Maintain records of all functions such as agent additions, license renewals, terminations, and transfers

• Serve as the point of contact for associates’ inquiries

• Assist all Sales Associates with obtaining photos, business cards, name tags, name riders, etc.

• Maintain listings, sales, settlements, and processes

• Compile competitive brokers’ sales figures and forward to the appropriate department

• Arrange for orientation and training of new hires and Sales Associates

• Create and distribute letters, memoranda, and other general office correspondence

• Utilize skills such as answering inbound calls, customer service, data entry, email correspondence, and schedule appointments using Microsoft Office tools. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Capable of managing email correspondence professionally

• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
