Job Details Responsibilities: Work in an extremely busy, fast-paced office Patient-facing experience Manage very heavy call volume Schedule large volume of patients while managing incoming phone calls Front desk patient-access experience preferable Must have experience obtaining medical records from referring provider Experience or knowledge of insurance coverage preferable Requirements: Minimum Associates or Bachelor degree preferred Two years prior experience preferred Salary Range USD $21.70 – USD $27.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
