Ophthalmology Orthoptic department are looking for a part time Administrator to become part of a friendly admin team working 3 days per week in Southampton Eye Unit which is part of Southampton University Hospital Trust.

We are looking for an approachable, friendly ,flexible hard working person to join our friendly team in a busy paediatric outpatient department and admin office carrying out a varity of administration duties, which will include being confident in answering telephone queries and face to face contact with patients and of clinical staff.

The admin team is responsible in supporting various clinicians and clinics offering a first class service to our patients.

The office is covered from 7-30 until 5.30 pm Monday to Friday but Saturday working could be expected in the future.

Training will be conducted on line and in house with support from existing staff so basic computer knowledge would be an advantage.
