The Admissions Office is a high performing team that is responsible for administering applications to the University from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring an excellent applicant experience and journey.

We are seeking to recruit a enthusiastic and customer-focused Administrators to join the Admissions Team to assist primarily with processing applications, making decisions based on pre-agreed entry criteria therefore the successful post holder will demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making abilities. The postholder will work closely with our Admissions Selectors, Admissions Tutors, and other departments playing a key role in the delivery of a high quality admissions service essential to the recruitment of students to Swansea University.

We are looking for someone who is Educated to A-level or equivalent plus hold grade C in Maths and English at GCSE; or demonstrate equivalent work experience. You will be able to demonstrate experience of understanding procedures and regulations and applying such within the work environment. You will have proven ability to manage a large volume of work to a high degree of accuracy, with excellent ICT skills and the ability to work as part of a Team.
