This role is designed to enhance coordination, efficiency, and oversight of student admissions and enrolment processes. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our institution and the University of Greater Manchester key departments, ensuring seamless communication, efficient processing of student files, and effective integration with their systems.Main duties and responsibilitiesLiaison & Relationship Management:Act as the primary contact between our institution and the partner.Work closely with the partner Off-Campus Team, Registry, Student Data Management (SDM) Team, and Admissions to ensure smooth processes.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate timely responses to requests and operational needs.Admissions Processing & Data Management:Ensure student files are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.Oversee the creation of CBO before each intake.Ensure accurate processing of enrolments and timely allocation of student accounts for study platform access.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the partner admissions systems and processesSystems & Compliance:Work within the partner SITS database, ensuring full access and compliance with data handling policies.Ensure that admissions and enrolment processes align with both institutions’ regulatory and procedural requirements.Additional Admissions & Enrolment Support:Assist with broader admissions responsibilities, including data entry, file verification, and issuing offer letters.Conduct student interviews where required.Support Regent’s Admissions and Enrolment teams in ensuring a seamless process between both institutions.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Candidates/Post holders will be expected to demonstrate the following:Essential (E) / Desirable (D)Experience in admissions or enrolment management within an educational context: EKnowledge and understanding of UK higher education admissions processes, including international admissions: EAbility to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, particularly in liaising between institutions and departments: EExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels across both institutions: EAbility to use initiative to make informed, independent decisions, particularly in relation to admissions processing and problem-solving: EAdaptability and flexibility, with the capacity to manage changing demands and evolving responsibilities between institutions: EStrong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring consistent data handling and compliance with institutional processes: EProficient in IT and CRM systems, with experience in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and use CRM software packages: ECultural awareness and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring sensitivity to diverse student needs and background: EProven ability to manage confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive student data across both institutions: E

Expected salary

£28000 – 35000 per year
