Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityReporting to the Health Services Manager, the Advanced Care Paramedic is assigned tasks by the Clinical Leader and works in collaboration with other interdisciplinary team members to meet patient care needs. They support patient care by practicing within the Advanced Care Paramedic scope of practice and demonstrating competencies in the provision of care.The Advanced Care Paramedic accepts responsibility for maintaining and continually enhancing competencies through ongoing professional development, including participation in education programs, research, and continuous quality activities. Advanced Care Paramedics practice and conduct are defined by the professional registration body (EHSNS), and they are responsible for ensuring that registration is current and valid.The Advanced Care Paramedic contributes to the efficiency and effective functioning of the department in meeting patient needs.
