The University of Tennessee Foundation (UTFI) is seeking an Advancement Assistant II for the University of Tennessee, Martin campus. This position reports to the Senior Director for Advancement Services and supports the Office of Advancement Services as the main contact for the external community through answering phone lines and fielding emails. This position will lead in maintaining the donor database by updating alumni/donor information, creating new records, adding scholarship recipient information, and managing updates to committees, boards, event participation, mailing lists, student activities, etc. Additional tasks include preparing all gift acknowledgements, assisting with stewardship initiatives, and management and upkeep of office equipment and supplies.
