Description of the Assignment: The Consultant is expected to commence the assignment by early May 2026 and conclude in September 2026. The primary objective is to provide technical advisory and knowledge generation to the Joint Programme of Bappenas and UNDP in the implementation of the Global Accelerator on Jobs and Inclusive Growth, specifically in relation to the Affirmative Entrepreneurship Card (KUA) Programme and its integration with the Just Energy Transition (JET) agenda. The Consultant will be responsible for contributions to the following technical domains:
1) Evidence-Based Strategic Analysis and Beneficiary Mapping of the KUA – JET
2) Technical Design of the KUA-JET Nexus
3) Institutional Governance and Stakeholder Coordination
4) Strategic Policy Advocacy and Knowledge Management
5) KUA – JET Programme Monitoring and Sustainability Frameworks
Period of assignment/services: 100 working days within 6 months
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
