If so, we’d love to talk with you!In this role as an AI Product Manager you will provide vision and strategic guidance to evolve from common statistical analysis to dynamic machine learning deployment. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company and help identify new business opportunities while championing data driven decision making and the accelerated adoption of AI.What you’ll do
- Lead engagement with various Business Unit (BU) stakeholders across TELUS to understand their business and need for insights.
- Influence how BU stakeholders approach business challenges and opportunities by driving the adoption of a data driven mindset.
- Play the critical role of “translator” i.e. translating business problems into data problems.
- Facilitate collaboration between BU stakeholders and our team and lead solutioning including use-case development, defining insight products and their roadmap and end-to-end automation efforts required to bring products to production.
- Define strategy for the team and for the products that you’ll develop
- Track and prioritize the development of insight products on an ongoing basis and bring visibility to any roadblocks
- Support development of our team’s strategy, develop/present materials to TELUS executive leadership on an ongoing basis
What you bring
- You are recognized for addressing business needs via your innovative approach and application of AI and other advanced analytical techniques
- You are sought out for your skills in strategy development, problem-solving, structured thinking, advanced communication (both verbal and written), project management
- 5 or more years of hands-on work and practical business experience in the above areas.
- You are a master communicator capable of breaking down technical and complex concepts in a way that is understood by non-technical audiences.
- You are familiar with at least one of the cloud computing platforms – GCP, AWS, Azure.
- You are well versed in software and AI development lifecycles, including ML Ops.
- You are agile and have a bias for action, removing roadblocks to get results fast
Great-to-haves
- GCP or other cloud certifications
- Experience with Agile methodology and work in a start-up environment
- Experience in Management Consulting
- Product Management/Ownership certification(s), Scrum Master
Salary Range: $104,000-$156,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
