• Seek the advice of with Upkeep Operations Management, System Operation Management, Operations Managers and Hangar Workforce Leaders of incoming snags and plane faults.

• Coordinate messages from different departments represented in STOC

• Talk with Flight Operations whereas on departure gate regarding the serviceability of the plane, to make sure in a well timed and environment friendly manor, that the continued serviceability is maintained.

• Talk with all ramp upkeep employees.

• Ordering elements for operational causes.
