– 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday, flexible start time
– Salary is around 55-65k, depending on experience
– Profit sharing paid yearly

• Daily management and coordination of air shipments
• Establish and coordinate schedules with carriers and tender shipments to the airlines
• Provide and track quotations of services to our customers
• Advise clients on transportation and payment methods, including the issuance of freight bills and invoices to brokers and/or customer. Including proper record retention and filing of documentation
• Filing of invoices, orders, PODs, and collect payments for the same
• Coordinate pickup and delivery orders with trucking companies, airlines and/or bonded facilities
• Prompt and accurate communication with customers and carriers
• Various other duties as may be required

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Air imports / exports
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), French an asset.
• Knowledge of North American Carrier Network and cross-border shipping requirements an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with CargoWise is considered an asset.
• Strong organization skills, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and analytical skills.
