• Faire la revue et approuver les changements de conception et RSI pour assurer de la faisabilité en service.
• Écrire et éditer les Services Bulletins pour des inspections et des modifications complexes.
• Avoir la capacité de proposer des modifications à l’ingénierie pour minimiser les impacts en service.
• Écrire les Services Bulletins en «Simplified Technical English».
• Valider les Services Bulletins chez les opérateurs ou à des centres de services autorisés.
• Faire la revue des Services Bulletins des fournisseurs (VSB).
• Faire des requêtes d’outils et approuver les concepts d’outils.
• Créer et approuver la liste des pièces pour les Kits et les États De Livraison (EDL).
• Valider et incorporer les commentaires des autorités aériennes.
• Créer des «Advance Order Material» (AOM) pour les Service Bulletins urgents.

En tant que candidat idéal,

• Vous avez un diplôme d’études collégiales en maintenance/construction d’aéronef et cinq (5) ans d’expérience en aviation (tel que technicien, agent Méthode ou rédacteur technique).
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance des systèmes et de la structure des avions.
• Vous devez maîtriser CATIA, S1000D, SAP, les programmes de la suite Microsoft et la suite Google.
• Vous devez être une personne d’équipe, responsable, bon communicateur et négociateur.
• Vous devez être capable de gérer le stress et pousser sur les autres départements pour respecter les échéanciers.
• Vous devez être orienté client et être capable d’interagir en anglais ainsi qu’en français (écrit et parlé).
• Ce poste demande la capacité de travailler et de voyager en dehors des heures normales pour supporter les urgences.
• Ouvrage est situé à Mirabel.

• Review and approve design changes and RSI for feasibility and completeness for in-service implementation.
• Write and edit Service Bulletins with complex inspections or modifications.
• Be able to propose modifications to engineering to minimize in service efforts.
• Write service bulletins in Simplified Technical English.
• Validate Service Bulletins at operator sites or authorized service center.
• Review Vendor/Partner Service Bulletins.
• Convey technical definition for tooling requirements and approve Tool Design concepts.
• Create and approve Kit Definitions and Condition Of Supply (COS) documents.
• Validate and incorporate Design Authority Designee/Airworthiness Service Bulletin approval comments
• Create Advance Order Material (AOM) for urgent Service Bulletins.

As the ideal candidate,

• You have a college degree in aircraft maintenance and five (5) years of experience in aviation

(as a technician, Methods agent or technical writer).

• You have a strong knowledge of aircraft system/structure.
• You must be proficient with CATIA, S1000D, SAP, Microsoft and Google suite.
• You must be a committed team player, responsible, good communicator and negotiator.
• You are able to handle stress, push/pull on other departments to respect the committed deadlines.
• You must be customer oriented and be fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• This position requires travel and work outside normal working hours to support emergencies.
• This position is in Mirabel
