About the team:The Finance and Operations Team at Capco is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and advising on the financial status of the firm. We focus on operational excellence by ensuring accuracy and compliance with global financial rules and regulations. From concept to contract completion, our team works directly along-side senior leadership and stakeholders to yield a high-performance business by mitigating risks and increasing profits.We work in a fast-paced environment where we challenge and support one another. Our team strives for to be the trusted financial advisors to the firm.About the Job:As an Analyst on the Finance and Operations team, you will be working alongside high level industry experts to analyze and report on the firm’s financial position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial controls and internal reporting needs of the region. This individual is also responsible for assisting in analytical support including advanced Excel modelling, KPI reporting, and operational process improvement.What You’ll Get to Do:
