Tulipe Management Consulting is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst to support our consultants and executives. This role is ideal for a highly analytical individual eager to dive into the world of management consulting and make meaningful contributions from day one. Under the close guidance of the team, the Business Analyst will develop, package and present analysis, diagnostics and recommendations – supporting the execution of mandates.   • Brand Ecosystem Design – Modernizing the brand; connecting purpose with profit, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations, globally. Leveraging meaningful applications of digital to drive scale, personalization, and innovation
  • Growth Strategy – Comprehensive analysis of industry dynamics, customer behavior, competitor landscapes, and value chain to discern market potential, validate growth opportunities, and refine strategic focus
  • Commercial Innovation – Unlocking future growth through our ‘purple ocean’ discovery process to leverage organizational assets in new, profitable directions
  • Operational Effectiveness – Purposeful processes, governance, and agile methodologies to drive sustained positive outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Develop material (in PowerPoint) and documentation for clients – crisp and concise findings and recommendations combined with appealing creative aligned to the Tulipe brand
  • Support day-to-day client relations/communications
  • Participate in presenting interim findings and overall recommendations internally to the working team and externally to clients
  • Support and accompany business leaders in business development meetings with potential clients
  • Participate in the development of Service Proposals to support the acquisition of new clients or new engagements with existing clients

Required skills & competencies

  • Excellent ability to identify, research, and summarize quantitative and qualitative data on sectors, companies, consumer and economic trends
  • Creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving, leveraging superior analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, impactful presentations leveraging
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others including decision-makers
  • Self-starter with a high tolerance for fast-paced environments ability to manage time efficiently to work on several mandates simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or related fields. Master’s degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in one or more of the following fields (Preferred): management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, customer analytics, marketing
