We currently have an opportunity with our Strategic Sourcing team as an Analyst.Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost reduction through consolidation, supplier rationalization, and process improvement.
  • Article Creation: Validate and integrate product data into enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and seamless category/retail operations.
  • Performance Review: Analyze sales performance and market share to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the Ancillary Services business.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Monitoring: Conduct regular product and market reviews to identify emerging trends, new product opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key suppliers to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to management on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

What you have to offer:

  • Education: Undergraduate Degree in Business or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a DEC with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools. Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW) is preferred. Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud-based software will be an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data analysis and providing actionable recommendations is required.
