Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Inbound Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is involves handling a high volume of inbound customer calls working in a call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries over the phone or through other channels

• Accurately process customer applications

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as per the company’s policies

• Strive to provide excellent customer service at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals in the call center

• Continuously improve knowledge about products and services to better assist customers

• Identify and escalate customer issues to the relevant departments when necessary

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to customer service

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service is essential

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle high volume customer inquiries

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• High level of patience and empathy towards customers

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent, higher education will be a plus

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are highly desired.
