The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Angular 14 and above version.Proficient in JavaScript, Typescript, CSS 3, SCSS, HTML 5, ES6+, Responsive web design.Solid Experience with reactive programming concepts and RxJs (Observables)Experience in Micro Front End (MFE) architecture using webpack module federation, NGRX.Good knowledge of SOLID and component design principlesUnit Testing (Jasmine, Karma, Jest)E2E Testing (Protractor, Cypress)Experience with Agile (Scrum)Good coding standardsVery good communication skillsProblem-solving attitudeAbility to establish priorities.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the customer Business Analysts & SMEs to perform detailed requirements analysis.Responsible for Components Design, Construction & Unit Testing of assigned components/modulesPerform technical review and resolve any technical challenges.Understanding of agile development methodologies and test-driven development practicesProvide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.Serve as mentor or coach to new or mid-level developers.Job Qualifications and Skill SetsThe role requires an individual who is results-focused, proactive, highly collaborative, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both solution evangelism and expectation management.Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, time-management; planning, negotiation skills and presentation skills are highly desirable.Minimum of 8+ years of UI development experience3+ years’ experience with leading cross functional Angular teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsExperience in managing and implementing successful projects.In-depth knowledge of Application design and programmingIn-depth knowledge and understanding of Java script and its design patterns.In-depth knowledge of Angular core features, Micro front ends.Experience in performance enhancementGood to have exposure to NX.Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications DevelopmentAbility to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.Education:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
