In this role, you have the opportunity to develop and execute an instruction program for the users of Philips Diagnosis X-Ray (DXR) products , in order to maximise the independency of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions.
The role is field based covering London and the South East territory.
You are responsible for:
Customising the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximise the performance for each specific user.
Taking care of implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with service), in order to get it working and to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group.
Monitoring the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.
Taking care of demonstrations and presentations, where required, to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment.
Keeping in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments.
Participating in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings.
Delivering value-add enhanced user training on site to the clinical teams
In this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Relevant degree level education or equivalent
Clinical background in Radiology
Experience in using Digital X-ray Imaging systems
Experience/Qualification in Teaching/Training.
Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently throughout the UKI, with a valid driving license (a must have).
Please note that due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
