- We’re searching for an enthusiastic individual to help keep our colleagues smiling. We’ll work together to deliver a cracking workspace experience through fun and meaningful events at the freshest workspace in town, One Strawberry Lane.

Your academic learning will be delivered by one of our specialist apprenticeship providers and you will receive support from an experienced tutor as well as from within your own team. You’ll be given time to attend all learning sessions and to complete your studies whilst having access to the learning materials and practical experience that will make a success of your apprenticeship.You’ll…
- have the focus to achieve your Level 1 in English and Maths if you don’t already have this – this is built into your apprenticeship learning.
- understand the importance of brilliant verbal and written communication skills with a desire to learn these skills yourself.
- have a keen interest in using IT in your day to day role, particularly Outlook and Teams.
- be happy to work on your own initiative at times, asking questions and pro-actively learning your role to be the very best you can be.
- be keen to learn how to prioritise workloads and thrive under pressure
- be happy to learn about and handle sensitive information and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- be ready to build brilliant team relationships.
We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn and develop within a role that is very customer focused but which also has admins tasks that require attention not detail and good organisation skills. We’d also like you to have good IT skills but hey, this is an apprenticeship, we’ll teach you all you need to know. You’re going to really impress us if you’re proactive, motivated and a real self-starter.Our teamYou’ll work alongside a team of 5 who are all passionate about helping our colleagues, customers and other visitors have the best experience when visiting our super shiny new head office, the hub of Home Group.Karen is our manager and she can’t wait to meet you, so be prepared to be quizzed on your music tastes and favourite boxsets to binge!Other members of the team will help you learn the ropes and you’ll be pleased to hear others have recently completed this qualification too, and they’ll be happy to support and inspire you to achieve your very best during your apprenticeship learning.Job details
- Our award-winning apprenticeship programme has been designed to get our customers and colleagues on the career ladder! (How awesome is that!) Don’t be put off by the word apprentice as you can be any age to apply
- Your wage will be higher than the national apprenticeship minimum wage, so start planning what to spend that extra cash on!
- You’ll be employed for a 15-month period to get stacks of experience and launch your career. You’ll start at level 2 with possible progression onto a level 3!
- Many of our apprentices secure a permanent role with us so who knows where you’ll end up in the future!
