You will be tasked with holding farmer focused talks, attending industry events and presenting company research/knowledge to technical groups.This is a highly mixed farming area with a particular focus on the dairy sector so the successful person will be equally comfortable talking to an arable farmer or a dairy farmer.The ideal person will:

• Have a strong practical background, ideally in the arable sector but this is not essential.

• Be highly motivated, driven and able to manage your own workload.

• A relevant degree at BSc or above, those with foundation degrees and a strong practical background would also be considered.

• FACTS and/or BASIS would be advantageous.

• Be confident in presenting to large groups- this could be through university or young farmers potentially.
