Synopsis

The objective of this assignment is to develop an ASM training manual, adapt the training in field settings for both in-person and online delivery, and conduct a regional workshop/ training of trainers. The assignment will be focused on the artisanal and small-scale sector in mining and will cover a broad range of minerals including (but not limited) to development minerals, gemstones and critical minerals.
