Asesor de Call Center Field Service

Objetivo del puesto

Responsable del seguimiento de móviles asignados a su cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de la hoja de ruta y la optimización de los tiempos de gestión de los mismos verificando la reposición eficiente de las tareas según necesidad, garantizando en paralelo el cumplimiento de políticas, normas, procedimientos y objetivos establecidos por MIC.

Experiencia laboral y educación

Experiencia: 1 año en responsabilidades similares.

Área: técnico en informática, call center, atención al cliente.

Educación: Estudiante universitario de la carrera de Ing. Informática, Análisis de sistema, Redes y afines.

Inglés: Intermedio (deseable)

Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes

  • Velar por la gestión eficiente de las ordenes de trabajo que se encuentren asignadas y/o requieran sus móviles (cierre de ots, adelanto de ots, reposiciones de ots, etc.) garantizando el cumplimiento de la hoja de ruta y los procesos establecidos en el área.
  • Contacto con clientes para confirmación de visita del técnico, validación de paquetes adicionales, validación de solicitudes de tareas adicionales requeridas al técnico, reprogramación de tareas, etc.
  • Adelanto de órdenes de trabajo a recursos a cargo según necesidad.
  • Reposición de las tareas caídas de recursos a cargo en el día.
  • Seguimiento de móviles para cumplimiento de la hoja de ruta en la modalidad QAP.
  • Modificación de Base instalada para instalación y regularización de equipos.
  • Registrar CUV y cuotizar los costos de los productos adquiridos según PO.
  • Reportar eventos masivos informados por los móviles en zona.
  • Contacto con clientes en caso de reagendas de órdenes de trabajo por eventos masivos y casos puntuales.
  • Control de presentismo de móviles a su cargo.
  • Carga de Bitácora de Eventos de desvíos de móviles a su cargo, vía CSI según PO.
  • Contacto con clientes para obtener retorno de conformidad.
  • Realizar todas las acciones que sean necesarias para lograr las metas establecidas propias del sector, de acuerdo con el marco legal y a las normas/políticas y procedimientos vigentes, teniendo en cuenta que las funciones establecidas en esta descripción de cargo no son limitativas sino enunciativas.
