You should be ready to manage classroom behavior effectively from day one.Position: Aspiring Teacher (Graduates)
Location: North Manchester (Secondary Schools)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time, Mon to Fri, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (flexible days)Key Responsibilities:

• Manage classroom behavior in the absence of class teachers.
• Support the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons.
• Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom management.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop an interest in specific subjects.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• BSc or equivalent, MSc, PhD, or Certificate of Education.
• A passion for education and working with young people.
• Confidence to supervise and manage classrooms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Cover People UK.
• No teaching experience required, but experience working with children or in a school setting is beneficial.
