The School’s Registry is seeking to recruit a full-time Assessments Manager to work within the Assessments team. The post holder will have day-to-day responsibility for managing the School’s Assessments team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service that contributes to the management and operation of the Registry. The post-holder will deliver a fair and transparent service students and School staff members.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in an administration environment with a strong customer service focus. Excellent organisational, IT and decision-making skills are essential as is the ability to communicate effectively and work independently, flexibly and as part of a team.
The salary will be on the Professional Services salary scale Grade 5 in the range £37,531 to £42,875 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
