All Assigned Mechanics will supervise and control the maintenance activities of their respective aircraft. Assigned Mechanics are assigned to one or several aircraft to assure the following responsibilities:Responsibilities

• Adhere to company procedures and policies;
• Evaluate maintenance program that meets needs of client (OEM/Progressive);
• Preparation of annual aircraft maintenance budgets for approval by Maintenance Manager;
• Maintain aircraft in airworthy condition for on-schedule departures;
• Communicate with dispatch/operations upon arrival of aircraft, review aircraft status and advise management of any potential downtime that impacts schedule;
• Control expenditures and maintenance activities on the aircraft;
• Complete all work order entries in a timely fashion;

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12
• AME license category M2
• Previous experience on Challenger 300 (aircraft endorsement preferred)
• Have successfully completed a TC approved Aircraft Maintenance Technical training program
• 5 years aircraft maintenance experience
• Must be available to work a variable schedule and travel according to aircraft maintenance needs
