About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Faculty of Science and Engineering Professional Services team supporting students and staff throughout the student journey.We are seeking an experienced Assistant Administrator to work in the Faculty Office Programme Administration team, primarily supporting students and staff within the School of Biological and Marine Sciences area, but also working with the wider team to deliver an efficient and effective service to both students and academic staff across the Faculty. This is a diverse role which will include formatting assessments, liaising with external examiners, processing extenuating circumstances claims, supporting Student Reception, helping to resolve student and staff queries, organising, attending and minuting of meetings and maintaining student records.We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and with a high level of administrative experience.
