We are particularly interested in empirically oriented applicants with a distinctive ability in carrying out interesting and relevant research. We will favour candidates who focus on organizational problems of contemporary relevance adopting a process perspective in subjects such as supply chain management, performance improvement, environmental and social issues in operations, strategic alignment and operations strategy, performance measurement and management, service operations, innovation and technology management.About YouAssociate ProfessorCandidates with strong and productive networks of outstanding scholars, and substantial leadership experience in research, and teaching and learning, are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to publish consistently in leading research journals and show the potential for promotion to Professor.Assistant ProfessorApplicants should have completed or be near the completion of doctoral studies in operations management or a closely related discipline.
