Position Summary/Description:
This position is located in the Public Policy Department within the College of Arts and Sciences. The position carries our regular teaching load for teaching track faculty of six courses per academic year (three courses per semester) taught in person on campus. The appointment is for a three-year (renewable) term. The successful candidate will teach core classes in our undergraduate major, including some combination of courses in the politics of public policy, public policy analysis, and normative dimensions of public policy (e.g., Justice in Public Policy). This position may also have the opportunity to teach an elective in a policy-relevant area of their expertise, and teach in our graduate programs. Teaching faculty in our department are also expected to participate in the activities of the department, including serving on committees and advising students.
