Sous l’autorité et la supervision directe du Directeur du Bureau et Représentant de l’UNESCO au Bureau Régional du Maghreb, l’Assistant/e (Secrétariat) coordonne le bon fonctionnement du bureau de la Représentation et tient le rôle principal d’agent de liaison entre la Représentation et les autres services du Bureau.
L’Assistant/e (Secrétariat) assure la gestion du secrétariat, l’organisation de l’agenda, la coordination des réunions, la rédaction du courrier, rapports et autres documents, ainsi que le suivi de la mise en œuvre des actions décidées par le Directeur du Bureau.

UNESCO’s salaries consist of a basic salary and other benefits which may include if applicable: 30 days annual leave, family allowance, medical insurance, pension plan etc.
The approximate annual starting salary for this post is 237 433 Dirhams marocains.
