Job Description:ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (Children & Young People) with community and critical care experience, to join our successful and highly committed teams delivering high quality education to the children and young people’s nursing workforce, both pre and post qualifying. Previous experience of teaching and leading is highly desirable and your application should detail your areas of clinical/teaching experience and expertise. Experience as a Community Children’s Nurse and critical care experience would be an advantage.The Department provides high quality, research-rich education using a variety of innovative teaching and learning methods delivered at all academic levels from undergraduate to doctoral study. ABOUT YOUThe post holder will work flexibly with the team to contribute to teaching, learning, assessment, and scholarship. They will participate in supervision, planning, designing and development of undergraduate and postgraduate health programmes in their relevant discipline. They will provide expertise to further enhance scholarship, research and entrepreneurial activities.You must possess excellent knowledge of the subject area and have active professional registration with the UK Nursing & Midwifery Council or Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
