The School is seeking professors whose contributions to the discipline and profession of nursing are well established or emerging. These contributions should be reflected in the domains of research, teaching, practices and/or leadership. • BSc Nursing
• Ph.D. in Nursing or related field.
• At least one graduate degree must be in nursing.

Work experience:

• A program of research (established or emerging) in a field of significance to nursing.
• A demonstrated (or potential) track record in teaching at the University level, including a teaching philosophy.
• Demonstrated involvement in service to the field of nursing and/or community.
• Excellent communication skills in either English or French. Note that passive knowledge of the other official language in Canada is a minimal requirement for tenure.
• Member in good standing of the College of Nurses of Ontario (or eligible to become registered in Ontario and a member in good standing in their former jurisdiction)
