  • Evidence of outstanding teaching of a variety of lower-level Statistics and/or Data Science courses. Demonstrated ability to relate well to students of various backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to develop new courses.
  • Evidence of ability to work with colleagues in a cooperative manner and to take initiative where needed.
  • A PhD degree in Statistics or Data Science is preferred, but other academic qualifications may be acceptable if a candidate has a strong Statistics/Data Science background and extensive related teaching experience.
