Salary: Grade 5 £25,433 – £27,344 per annum (The point of entry will be dependent upon relevant qualifications and experience)Are you an efficient and detailed-oriented individual ready to take on a vital role in the administrative hub of Harper Adams University? We are looking for an Assistant to support the Director of Student Experience and Academic Services.This position requires a candidate with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will be expected to:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining physical and electronic files, correspondence, and office organisation;
• Coordinate effectively with the roles supporting the University Executive leadership in order to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Candidates for this role will have:

• Previous experience in an administrative role;
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities;
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and detail-oriented setting;
