Responsibilities / Position overview:We are seeking talented and scientifically strong life sciences professionals to join our Commercial Consulting team as Associate Consultants. Our consulting team blends scientific depth with commercial expertise and industry experience in supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies along the commercialisation pathway through clinical development, launch and optimisation.As an Associate Consultant, you will gain exposure to a wide range of projects addressing challenges that pharmaceutical and biotech companies face in successfully developing and commercializing their assets, working and learning as part of a team delivering bespoke solutions across a spectrum of therapy areas and strategic challenges. You will provide support throughout the lifecycle on various projects such as conducting research and report writing, facilitation of client workshops, and creation of impactful and concise client materials and presentations.This is a perfect opportunity to gain exposure to the issues clients in the life sciences industry face, to develop core analytical and strategic skills that will serve as a great foundation as you build your career, and benefit from the experience and judgement of a great team of peers and senior professionals dedicated to strategy consulting in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Qualifications:

  • Degree, preferably PhD in biological sciences or in business
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, problem solving mind-set and ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good organisational or demonstrable project management skills
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and a number of therapy areas
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience; candidates with pharma or biotech industry and consulting experience will take priority
  • Track record of providing analytical capability to the development commercial deliverables
  • Experience working on single person assignments and within cross functional/ multi-person project teams
