As Associate Dean, Student Experience, you will be an experienced and successful academic with significant experience in the development, delivery and quality assurance of innovative academic programmes which respond to workforce needs and the external health and social care landscape, support excellent student outcomes and deliver and excellent student experience.You will be an experienced and compassionate leader with experience of external engagement. Your clear demonstrable understanding of current strategic issues in higher education as they impact on teaching and learning, the student experience, quality, and standards, brings a thorough understanding of Quality assurance and enhancement processes at all levels.You will have experience of support for the enhancement of learning and teaching and the ability to lead by example and have a strong academic profile of scholarship and relevant experience.
