Associate Director, HR Business Partner

The Role Partners and collaborates with employees & line management including other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to employee life cycle. Responsibilities include providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives (such as workforce optimisation, employee relations, performance mgmt., data analytics) and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues. Through partnering with other HR functions, business & hr leader deploy and execute HR programs. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree in HR or related discipline is a plus. 6-15 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering is a plus Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, engagement, Comp & benefits, employee development. knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is preferred.
