Job Title: Associate, Finance Shared Services (Remote)

Job Description:

Provide payroll and time and labor administrative support by processing labor for designated divisions. This position focuses on process and system improvement and works independently to make recommendations for solutions related to payroll processes. The job responsibilities include problem resolution, customer service, communications, and training, among other tasks. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process labor for assigned groups in accordance with policy and state and federal laws.
  • Reviewing timecard system to ensure it is compliant.
  • Monitoring payroll entries as needed.
  • Responding to inquiries from employees, HR, managers and the payroll processors.
  • Actively particpate in special projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal compliance in researching and providing records for audit.
  • Research and analyze data timecard data for company policy and legal compliance for responding to inquiries, trending, and root cause analysis for issues raised by employees, HR, legal, benefits, compensation and payroll.
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements through E3 and LHXNeXt and ensuring consistency and collaboration among all team members. Employees may interact with government compliance, HR, legal, payroll, finance and compensation
  • Abide by audit and compliance controls and pull together associated metrics as needed.
  • Document processes and procedures and maintain to increase efficiency and standardizationin accordance with any/all company policys and federal/state laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in T&L or payroll.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, pay attention to details and work autonomously.
  • Computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and teamwork.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $63,500 – $76,200. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
