To be successful in the role, you will need to demonstrate excellence in teaching and a high level of energy and commitment to further developing a research profile that is fresh and relevant to the particular discipline.These are full-time, ongoingpositions commencing from January 2025. These positions are based at Western’s Liverpool City Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.EligibilitySuccessful candidates will be subject to a two-year confirmation period and must provide evidence at the time of application that they:

• have been engaged as a casual academic for at least 2 teaching sessions within the previous 2 years at an Australian Higher Education institution; and
• hold or have submitted all requirements for a PhD or other relevant Level 10 AQF qualification; and
• have not previously held an ongoing position with an Australian Higher Education provider in the previous 3 years.
