Associate Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time band 4 associate practitioner to work in our surgical discharge lounge based at Southampton General Hospital. The surgical discharge lounge operates from 10:00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday. 

We are looking for a pro-active, engaged and committed individual to run our surgical discharge lounge. The post  holder will be responsible for providing the ward teams with support when planning for and discharging our patients. You will be required to work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve a safe, efficient and timely discharge of our patients. This role is supported by the care group management team (CGMT).
