Position SummaryAre you ready to take the lead in technical processes and problem-solving for the Registrar’s Office and Enrolment Services at the University of Regina, ensuring the efficient operation of key systems and supporting our commitment to student success? Join us as our new Associate Registrar – Technical Services!This position will be responsible for all technical processes, problem solving, solutions and implementation related to Banner, Banner Self-Service, student reporting, the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Nursing download, admission applications, reports, stats and products required by the Registrar’s Office and Enrolment Services. In partnership with the the Technical Services team, the Associate Registrar, Technical Services is the primary resource on campus for all technical aspects of the above products and services and will be responsible for the accurate analysis and reporting of enrolment statistics as requested by faculties, university committees, the Senior Administration and external sources such as the Provincial Government, national surveys and media releases.What You’ll Do:

Skills That Will Ensure Your Success in the Role:
Physical DemandsThe incumbent spends many hours at a desk and in meetings (daily). The ability to effectively employ ergonomic strategies to minimize exposure to repetitive stress and fatigue is critical.The incumbent deals frequently (weekly) with decisions that may be met with an opposing reaction. This requires the incumbent to be able maintain objectivity and employ conflict resolution and change management strategy.At certain times of the year, and during major projects, the incumbent may be required to work additional hours (two to three times per year for one to two week periods).The incumbent is required to meet tight deadlines and oversees work units that have heavy service demands and high processing expectations. This requires the incumbent to effectively employ work/life balance strategies to deal with high levels of stress.

Salary Range 80,496 to 108,632
Status Permanent
Work Hours8:15 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.This position will require flexibility in working hours from time to time.
