What You’ll Do at Pega:

• Participate in design and development of features in Pega’s CRM product for Healthcare Industry

• Leverage best in class Pega technology to drive the design, implementation, quality and support for GOALS -> EPICS -> User stories using scaled agile methodology

• Actively collaborate with Product management, dependent application teams to come up with high performant, backward compatible and optimal solutions for the features to be developed

• Technologies you will work on – Pega, REST Services, Postgres, Oracle

• Actively participate in the Scrum processes used to develop solutions – providing continuous feedback and implement changes to our development processes

• Take ownership of the components/tasks and make sure they are delivered with great quality

• Resolve customer issues through technical guidance or by issuing formal fixes

• Actively contribute to Innovate

Who You Are:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (for fresh graduates only).

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Constant desire for innovation

• Should be able to take ownership of the deliverables assigned and would be able to deliver with no or minimal guidance

• Partner with different application teams, stakeholders to get a buy in for our use cases and achieve outcomes

• Experience of Low Code Development OR willingness towards Low Code Development

• Proficiency in any programming language (C,C++, Java), ability to write SQL queries, Analytical Skills.

• Strong interest to learn and become proficient in new technologies alongwith Healthcaredomain

What You’ve Accomplished:

• Ability to design solutions to simple to medium complex problems/use cases using any object-oriented programming languages.

• Ability to think and code fast independently with little hand holding and mostly driven with self- initiation.

• Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
